Over eight weeks, you’ll be guided on a journey inward—beginning with simple practices and deepening into a fully embodied mindfulness experience. Each session creates space to pause, reclaim time for yourself, and explore how presence can reshape your relationship with your body, emotions, work, and connections.
You’ll practice body scan, sitting meditation, mindful movement, and conscious communication—supported by a community that helps you bring mindfulness off the mat and into daily life.
What We’ll Experience Together…

Week 1–2: Foundations of Presence
Ground yourself with body scan, set intentions, and begin sitting meditation and mindful movement.

Week 3–4: Stress, Space & Emotion
Notice how stress arises, create pauses before reacting, and meet difficult emotions with curiosity and care.

Week 5–6: Connection & Awareness
Deepen into mindful movement, bring awareness into everyday tasks, and practice mindful listening and speaking.

Week 7: Day of Silence
Step into a day-long, guided retreat in silence to gather your practices into a single embodied experience.
Week 8: Integration & Continuity
Reflect on your growth, harvest insights, and design a sustainable plan for carrying mindfulness into the rhythm of your life.

Iman Gibson
MINDFULNESS GUIDE
For over 15 years, Iman Gibson has been guiding people to reconnect with their minds, bodies, and spirits. She also curates immersive experiences to inspire and educate wellbeing. By day, she serves as the Director of Global Wellbeing for one of the most recognizable global brands.
Iman holds a BS in Public Health from USC, an MBA from Kellogg at Northwestern, and is a qualified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher through Brown University. She lives in Los Angeles with her husband, crafts and plants.

Bryant Alexander Jr.
MINDFULNESS GUIDE
Bryant Alexander Jr. holds a master’s degree in Educational Psychology, Organization and Leadership from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Level 1 MBSR certification from Brown University and is an ICF Professional Certified Coach. He has partnered with organizations such as Calm, Airbnb, and Google to work at the intersection of mindfulness, psychology, and coaching, drawing on evidence-based insights to help professionals navigate stress and optimize performance. After overcoming his own burnout in fast-paced tech roles, Bryant became passionate about how simple practices—body scans, sitting meditation and mindful movement—can interrupt overwhelm and restore clarity. Today he teaches MBSR to equip busy leaders with sustainable tools for resilience, compassion and presence in every aspect of life.
