Come rest and reset with us in the park! Meditation Mondays introduce mindfulness practices that can be easily integrated into daily life. The program aims to support individuals in cultivating deeper awareness while providing practical tools to find moments of rest and reset, regardless of how limited or available their time may be. Each session is designed as a complete experience, ensuring that participants can benefit fully even if they attend only one class.
